The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and ten years of healthcare experience with a minimum of five years in a senior level management position. Rural healthcare experience is preferred as well as hospital district and critical access experience with affiliation with ACHE desirable.

hospital district. Gainesville is located approximately 70 miles north of Dallas, Texas,
28 miles north of Denton, Texas.

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a master’s degree (Health
Administration preferred) and ten years of healthcare experience as a CEO. Rural
healthcare, hospital district, and home health experience is preferred as well as
experience in medical staff development. The candidate must be ready to position the
hospital for the future and be active in the community.
